Getting the most out of your test drive

To make sure you’re getting the best from your test drive, we recommend you do a little preparation. Here’s a list of a few things you might like to think about.

    • Choose a time that suits you best – we can be flexible.
    • Book a test drive - your retailer will confirm your booking.
    • Make sure you have your questions ready.
    • Bring any items you need to fit in the boot; Golf clubs, luggage, the kitchen sink.
    • Bring the family, after all, it’s their Volkswagen too. 1
    • Oh, and don’t forget your driver’s license.

    • If you wish to drive alone, speak with your retailer to see if this might be possible.2
    • Choose a route that takes you on A roads and B roads.
    • Get to feel how the car handles.
    • Make sure the driving position is comfortable.
    • And of course, enjoy the drive.
