If your vehicle is on a Flexible servicing regime, the service light on the instrument panel will illuminate when it’s time to get a service. For vehicles set on a Fixed Service regime, this will typically be around every 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Please contact your local retailer who will be able to advise you about prices and order lead times. Replacement service books will be stamped 'Duplicate' and will not contain any previous service information or stamps.
Please note that as of May 2017 our vehicles no longer have physical service books as all service records are now recorded digitally. Your local retailer has access to your vehicle’s servicehistory and will print it out on request. An independent repairer can add information to the records free of charge through an online system called erWin however they can only print the information they have entered and not the entire servicehistory.
Your local retailer may be able to help if your vehicle has been serviced within the Volkswagen Network. However, they will be unable to access records if your car has been serviced outside of the Volkswagen Network. Alternatively, you can try asking the person who sold you the car.
