How to install a wallbox
Ideally this should be close to your electrical panel and also close to where you park your vehicle.
Ensure your electrical system can support an Ohme Wallbox. (Check manufacturer’s specifications for details). If necessary, consult with a qualified electrician to upgrade your system.
Mount your wallbox securely to the wall using appropriate hardware, ensuring that it is at a suitable height and position for easy access.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to connect the wiring from the electrical panel to the wallbox. This may involve running wires through a conduit, installing a junction box, or using cable clamps.
Depending on the model of Ohme Wallbox, you may either have to hardwire it directly to an electrical supply or install a plug connection. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for your specific model.
Familiarise yourself with the user manual and any maintenance requirements for your Ohme Wallbox.
